This is a special set of 7 Chakra Worry Stones. Each has the Chakra Symbol etched in gold matching the chakra colour. The gift set comes in a wooden gift box with lid featuring a hand crafted tree of life wooden cut 3D design. The box measures 165 x 165mm, each stone is around 35 x 25mm approx.

Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, usually in the shape of an oval with a thumb-sized indentation, used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone.
