- Sphen (also known as Titanite) is a calcium titanium nesosilicate with the chemical formula CaTiSiO₅. It is prized for its brilliant luster and unique wedge-shaped (sphenoid) crystals.
- Adularia is a low-temperature variety of orthoclase feldspar, often found in alpine-type veins, known for its pearly luster and white to translucent appearance.
