A rare and beautifully preserved 5.5-inch fossil ammonite: Amaltheus stokesi, from the Aalenian Stage of the Early Jurassic, collected near South Petherton, Somerset, United Kingdom. This species is renowned for its striking ribbing and whorl structure, making it both scientifically significant and highly collectible.
