Herkimer Diamonds are double terminated quartz crystal famously found in Herkimer County, New York, USA.

A Double Terminated crystal is a crystal with two naturally faceted ends. It is a rarer form of crystal as it forms free-floating in pockets of clay, rather than on one side of a stone.

Measurements are as accurate as possible, though be aware measuring precise dimensions can be difficult from irregular shaped items.
