These spectacular, polished bookends are made from the famous Black Marble of Morocco, and are full of the sea creature fossils – Orthoceras. These Orthoceras are Silurian age and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Wow! Absolutely stunning. The black marble bookends were exactly the same as in the picture. Amazing detail of creatures fossilized all over and within. I love them. They are very tactile to hold and are a piece in their own right. You could display them just as they are at an angle to be fair, just do you can see all of the detail.
